Management as a service involves the intervention of experienced specialists (tax consultants, legal advisers, auditors) with a Big 4 background –who often also have extensive management experience (CFOs, CROs, tax directors, law & compliance directors) in major companies. These provide hands-on management services over a defined period of time to support specific projects, such as the purchase, sale, reorganisation, restructuring or repositioning of a company, or provide help during particularly challenging projects.
Our managers leverage specific added value for our clients as a result of their specialist expertise, rapid availability and extensive experience. They are able to carry out goal-oriented tasks on clients’ premises within an allotted time-frame, without having to tackle a new learning curve before being fully operational. This service enables complex, challenging issues to be professionally evaluated from an outsider’s point of view, so that a practice-oriented solution can be quickly determined.
