Business Analytics

Analysing a company’s historical data enables us to gain information and knowledge about both the past and the future. In this field, we analyse your structured data using reliable statistical methods, signalling abnormalities and opportunities for optimisation. This enables us to gain new insights into the company’s current situation and to support the organisation as it prepares to make major decisions.

DATA ANALYSIS

We check financial data for abnormalities and flag up any incongruent incidents. This service is aimed at both companies and the auditing profession. We provide support for auditors, for example, by analysing measurement data during annual audits, or by providing expert reports. We also provide a continuous monitoring service, in which we take a closer look at data at specific, regular intervals and present companies with relevant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.

We analyse existing performance data – both in the fields of manufacturing and services – according to predetermined criteria. Identifying established patterns in specific fields, such as manufacturing, accounts payable and accounts receivable, provide us with a starting point to optimise the value-added chain and working capital management.

ICS (internal control system) OPTIMISATION

We verify whether your company’s internal control system manages to pick up on any incongruent transactions. By determining potential loopholes and opportunities for improvement, we demonstrate how you can optimise your internal control system to respond to your exact requirements

EARLY RISK ASSESSMENT AND SCENARIO ANALYSIS

Based on your corporate data, we draw up statistically reliable growth forecasts, present relevant corporate indicators and advise you on existing as well as latent risks. We also pull past growth, the current business plan and expected evolution of potential influential factors into the equation. We compile scenarios to demonstrate the potential future evolution of your key indicators. This enables you to recognise the possible trajectories of specific key factors and determine the scope of your response based on a solid analysis of your corporate data.

Business Performance Management

Business performance management (BPM) is a more advanced form of business analytics. BPM involves a comprehensive approach to planning, measuring and controlling the value-added chain, in terms of key operating figures. The aim of BPM is to enable a company to gain global control of the organisation.

We work together with you in this area to leverage relevant information from existing data to support you with your corporate strategy. Although this information is primarily geared towards the future, we also consider a company’s past performance and current situation, and allow for the goal-oriented evolution of trends. Our BPM services also include a management dashboard tailored to the client’s specific needs, which provides a direct comparison between actual and planned KPIs.
